By using WA Business Directory (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to do any of the following:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download business data using automated tools
• Use the data to send unsolicited communications (spam) to listed businesses
• Reproduce or resell the directory data for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site

3. Accuracy of Information

Business listings are compiled from public government records and publicly available sources. We make no warranty that listings are current, complete, or accurate. Business details (hours, phone numbers, ownership) may change without notice. Always verify critical information directly with the business.

4. Business Listings

If you are a business owner and believe your listing contains inaccurate information, you may claim and update your listing by creating an account. You are responsible for ensuring your claimed listing information is accurate.

To request removal of a listing, email contact@olysoftware.com with the business name and URL. We will review requests within 14 business days. Listings derived directly from public government records may not be eligible for removal.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our discretion.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OLY SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLY SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
