All data is sourced from Washington state public records: Secretary of State, Department of Revenue, and Labor & Industries. We collect and normalize it into a unified database.
How current is the data?
We update continuously. Use the 'Last 30/90 days' date filter to get only recently registered businesses. The 'All time' option gives you the full database.
What format is the download?
CSV — opens in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, or any CRM that supports CSV import (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
Can I use this data for cold outreach?
This is publicly registered business data. Phone numbers belong to businesses, not private individuals. Standard B2B outreach regulations apply — always comply with applicable telemarketing and email laws.
